About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 6923G226Q000005, issued by the Maritime Administration's USMMA Procurement office in Kings Point, NY, effective April 23, 2026.
The amendment extends the quotation response deadline from April 24, 2026, at 1300 hours to April 29, 2026, at 1500 hours. The distribution date was changed from April 9, 2026, to April 23, 2026. The performance period for the contract runs from June 10, 2026, to June 26, 2026. No other changes to the solicitation terms and conditions were made. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the new deadline through completion of the amendment, acknowledgment on each offer copy, or separate written/electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. The document includes 32 Questions and Answers addressing technical and contractual clarifications regarding the Statement of Work (SOW) for commencement exercises services, covering topics including diploma handling, staging layouts, audio/visual requirements, tent configurations, lighting, speakers specifications, broadcast feeds, and subcontracting provisions. Key responses indicate that contractors will determine staffing levels for diploma handling, that all quotes must include base and option pricing as updated on SAM.gov with recommendations submitted separately, that subcontracting is permitted up to 50% based on service per FAR 52.219-14, and that video production will be provided by DOT Media Team/Public Affairs rather than vendor services.
