About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Sportsman's Park Transportation Improvements federal contract opportunity (Project No. 69056724B000017). The file contains two technical questions addressed by the government, with responses dated 3/14/2025 and 3/17/2025. The first question concerns the Traffic Control Supervisor requirement, with the government clarifying that no separate bid item will be added for this position and contractors should consider it incidental to the project. The second question involves a subcontractor requesting a list of prime bidders, to which the government directs interested parties to obtain the registered vendors list on SAM.gov, providing instructions for accessing the Interested Vendors List and offering contact information for the Federal Service Desk if additional assistance is needed.

# General Technical Question Answer Date
1 X
Special contract provision 635 calls out a traffic control supervisor to follow section 156.09 of the FP-14. In the FP-14 it calls for a traffic control supervisor to be on site on daily while work is performed and to be qualified as per FP-
14 section 156.03. Is a bid item going to be added as in previous contracts to pay for that person or is it to be considered incidental to the project?
The Government does not intend to add a
Traffic Control Supervisor pay item. See FP-
14 Subsection 109.05, and please bid accordingly.

We are a subcontractor interested in bidding on the Sportsmans Park project (Project No.
69056724B000017). Could you kindly provide us with a list of all the prime bidders associated with this project?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
The Government does not provide this since bidders may obtain the registered vendors list (aka planholders list) from sam.gov after linking their entity to their registration. If you are signed into
SAM.gov with your registered entity and you cannot see the Interested Vendors List, you will need to be assigned the Contract
Opportunities Administrator role for your entity in SAM.gov.
If you need additional assistance, you can reach the Federal Service Desk at 866-606-
8220 or https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp?id=gsa_ind ex.
