About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for a construction project to enhance public access at the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge. The revisions include adding requirements for installing government-furnished cleanout valve covers to match finish grade, stamping colored sidewalks with a stone pattern, and setting survey monuments according to state standards. Plan sheets are also updated to include new monument case cover details and notes identifying government-furnished valve locations. The solicitation remains open with responses due by the original deadline. The Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration and Pacific County, Washington are involved in the project.
