I would like to get some clarification on the drainage quantities on sheet H.1. The column of allowable pipes doesn’t seem to be lined up properly. The station 104+90 looks to be like the same as 47+58, 52+02 and 65+96. The other stations appear to be more storm sewers.

I am with Bauer construction and am bidding on the 3 new buildings. I have a question about the floor access doors. The spec's call for a fire rated door with a 300lb loading capacity. All fire rated floor access doors must be set in concrete. We have wood floors. The fire rated doors only have 150lbs per sq.ft. loading capacity. Also the fire rated doors are 5K each versus 800 each fire non rated. Can you please specify if the fire rating is needed for these doors and if so we need to encapsulate in concrete. Please advise.

I am only seeing specifications for the cook top, but plans do not call out the cook top. I see a refrigerator but no call out or spec also the potential of a microwave, but no call out or spec. Please advise and let me know if we are missing anything else regarding the appliances.
The cooktop is called out on Volume 2 Sheet A101 (See Plan Keynote 6). A refrigerator and microwave shelf are shown in elevation views of the architectural drawings, and microwave is shown under Panel A in the Electrical Drawings; but because a refrigerator or microwave are not called out in the architectural drawings, and not specified in Section 113013 of Section K, so furnishing and installing a refrigerator or microwave is not part of the work to be performed.
