About this file
This is an attachment document supporting a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon State Hospital for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) software solution. The document establishes evaluation criteria and scoring methodology for assessing vendor proposals. The EHS platform must integrate comprehensive functionality including incident management, inspections, risk assessments, audits, chemical management, regulatory compliance tracking, training management, and reporting capabilities to optimize environmental health and safety processes across the organization. The solicitation seeks a system capable of real-time management and operational optimization to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment for the hospital.
The evaluation framework outlined in this attachment establishes weighted scoring categories to assess vendor qualifications and system capabilities against the hospital's requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, vendor experience, system functionality, implementation timeline, support and training services, and pricing. The attachment specifies the relative importance of each evaluation criterion through assigned point values, enabling a standardized and objective assessment methodology for comparing competing proposals. This structured evaluation approach ensures proposals are reviewed against consistent standards that align with the hospital's operational needs and procurement objectives for this EHS management solution.
