About this file
This is a Cost Sheet attachment for OregonBuys Bid #S-44300-00018005, submitted by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) for a Smartsheet-based federal block grant financial management solution. The project encompasses four primary deliverables: (1) Assessment and Plan, which involves reviewing design materials, confirming understanding of required functionality, and preparing a brief outlining proposed adjustments; (2) Configuration Plan and Validation Report, requiring the contractor to build and configure the Smartsheet-based framework including sheet structures, workflows, formulas, and dashboards with supporting documentation; (3) Test Plan and Results, involving user testing activities, feedback collection, and refinement of the framework based on stakeholder input; and (4) Training Documentation, requiring development and delivery of training materials for administrators and end users, operating documentation, and implementation support during rollout. The cost sheet presents these deliverables as illustrative examples, with OHA explicitly allowing offerors to propose alternative deliverables or structures that meet agency needs.
The document requests a total proposed maximum not-to-exceed price but does not specify the actual pricing amounts, thresholds, payment schedules, or funding sources within this attachment. No specific response dates, due dates for individual deliverables, site visits, bidder conferences, award dates, or contract term information is provided in this cost sheet document. The project is designed to create a unified and reliable financial management structure for managing block-grant activity within Oregon's health authority operations.
