About this file
This is a Non-Conflict of Interest affidavit document related to a Boiler Chemicals & Treatment Services contract opportunity for Colorado State Patrol (CSP). The document serves as a declaration form requiring bidders to certify that they have no conflicts of interest in relation to the procurement process. The affidavit establishes the legal framework through which prospective contractors must affirm their independence and impartiality before submitting bids for the documented quote procurement. No specific project quantities, timelines, site visits, or bidder meetings are detailed within this conflict of interest exhibit.
This exhibit functions as a compliance and certification requirement rather than a pricing or contract terms document. It does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract amounts. Instead, it represents a mandatory disclosure instrument that bidders must complete and submit as part of their bid package to demonstrate their eligibility and ethical standing to participate in the Colorado State Patrol boiler chemicals and treatment services procurement process.
