All pricing shall remain firm during the first-year term of the Purchase Order, with the possibility of an annual price increase not exceeding 2.5% in subsequent fiscal years if agreed upon by both parties. Deliverables include specific water treatment chemicals (sodium nitrite, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, disodium tetraborate pentahydrate, sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, and others as needed), water testing supplies (sulfuric acid, coliform test kits, fluorescent red tracer dye tablets), and technical support from service representatives possessing technical degrees or certifications with industry knowledge. Bidders must provide formal training on chemical handling, installation, maintenance, and testing of water treatment systems, with monthly consulting services and 24-hour emergency response capability. Invoices are submitted monthly via email to the DOC Accounts Payable office within 15 business days of service completion.
