About this file

This is a Sexual Harassment Training Policy Statement exhibit required for bid submission to Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC) in New York. By submitting a bid or proposal, each bidder and authorized representative certifies under penalty of perjury that the organization has implemented a written sexual harassment prevention policy in the workplace and provides annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. The policy must meet the minimum requirements outlined in Section 201-g of New York State Labor Law.

The document serves as a mandatory compliance certification for all bidders responding to ECMCC's Internet Protocol (IP) Brokerage solicitation. Bidders must affirm their commitment to the sexual harassment prevention requirements by completing the certification statement with the date and authorized signature. False statements made in this written instrument constitute a Class A misdemeanor under New York Penal Law Section 210.45. No pricing, contract terms, or project-specific details are addressed in this exhibit, as it functions solely as a mandatory compliance and policy verification requirement for participation in the bidding process.
