About this file
This is an Employer Certification Form provided by the Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) in Pennsylvania for the Interior and Exterior Painting Services contract opportunity. The form serves as a fillable document for contractors bidding on an indefinite quantity, as-needed painting services contract. The HHA is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform interior and exterior painting on HHA-owned, HHA-affiliated, and HHA-managed properties located within Harrisburg. Selected contractors must furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, and incidental items necessary to complete work according to HHA specifications and standards. Work will be assigned through Request for Service forms, Task Orders, or other written authorizations from HHA. A mandatory pre-bid site visit and conference is required, and attendance by an authorized representative is mandatory to submit a bid; failure to attend and sign the attendance sheet will render bids non-responsive and ineligible for award.
The HHA does not guarantee any minimum quantity or dollar amount of work under this contract and reserves the right to award contracts to one or more contractors as deemed in the best interest of the Authority. The HHA will provide all paint and designated painting-related consumable materials, including primers, stain-blocking products, drywall compound, patch materials, and caulking as specified in the solicitation documents. The employer certification form itself requires contractors to verify their business status and employment compliance information as part of the bidding requirements.
