6--3- Exhibit A- Observed SLCo Holidays 2026.pdf

This is a holiday schedule exhibit for Salt Lake County, Utah, prepared in support of an armored car services contract opportunity managed by Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement on behalf of the Treasurer's Office. The document establishes the observed holidays for 2026 and specifies that the same holidays will be celebrated in subsequent years. The 2026 holiday calendar includes New Year's Day (January 1st), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (January 19th), Presidents Day (February 16th), Memorial Day (May 25th), Juneteenth (June 19th), Independence Day observed (July 3rd), Pioneer Day (July 24th), Labor Day (September 7th), Veterans Day (November 11th), Thanksgiving Day (November 26th), the day after Thanksgiving (November 27th), and Christmas (December 25th).

This exhibit serves as an operational reference document for the armored car services contract, which requires the winning bidder to transport cash collections from Salt Lake County agencies to Wells Fargo's processing center for deposit. The holiday schedule is relevant to service delivery planning, as regularly scheduled pickups are to be conducted as late as possible in the day to ensure same-day deposit credit, and the identified holidays may impact pickup schedules and service requirements throughout the contract term. Salt Lake County retains the right to modify pickup locations with one-week notice.
