About this file
This document provides a menu of standard indicators and a related federal grant opportunity notice. The indicator menu lists metrics for measuring outcomes of State Department programs in women's empowerment, women peace and security, and gender-based violence. It includes indicators tracking legal reforms, economic participation, attitudes, training, and services for GBV victims.
The federal grant opportunity is a notice seeking applications for a cooperative agreement award to provide rapid response support to women in politics and civil society facing technology-facilitated gender-based violence globally. The award is offered through the State Department's Office of Global Women's Issues and falls under the department's program for the same office. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits. The award will provide flexible funding to organizations assisting women leaders facing extreme forms of digital gender-based violence.
