About this file
This document is a Commercial Lodging Inspection Checklist used to evaluate lodging facilities for a federal contract opportunity. The checklist covers inspection criteria for the exterior, security, dining, fire safety, staff, rooms, bathrooms, and other facility features. It requires the facility to meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code requirements and have an established fire safety plan.
The related federal contract opportunity is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial lodging near Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi to support the 403rd Wing's Unit Training Assemblies. Vendors must consent to and pass an inspection prior to BPA award. Failure to pass the inspection will render a vendor nonresponsive. Vendors are also subject to additional inspections during the BPA's period of performance. Pricing will be updated annually and shall not exceed the local per diem rate. Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card.
