5-Sweeping-and-Leaf-Collection-Zones.pdf

This document is a municipal street sweeping and leaf collection zone map for Lancaster Township in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The map divides the township into six distinct color-coded zones (blue, green, teal, yellow, orange, and red), each representing a specific street sweeping and leaf collection area. The zones are labeled from 1A to 6C and include major roads such as Columbia Avenue, King Street, and Millersville Pike. The map provides a satellite view of the township with precise zone boundaries and includes a scale from 0 to 2.5 miles.

The map is designed as a public communication tool to help residents understand their designated street sweeping and leaf collection zone. A note on the map clarifies that private roads and alleys are not the responsibility of the Township to maintain, and residents are advised to contact the Township Office if they are unsure about maintenance responsibilities. The map was created by Lancaster Township Communications and is dated for update on 9/10/2025, indicating it is a current reference document for municipal services.
