About this file
This is a Scope of Services document for an open-end contract position with Broward County, Florida, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau for a Project Specialist focused on Continental Europe Travel Trade. The contract requires the selected vendor to provide specialized project management services targeting Continental European travel trade markets. The solicitation process operates through BPRO (Bonfire), the County's electronic procurement platform, and vendors must submit all responses electronically through this system to receive a Submission Receipt. Vendors are strongly encouraged to provide all available documentation and information, including items listed as optional in BPRO, to facilitate comprehensive and timely evaluation. The County designates a specified deadline for vendors to submit questions and seek clarifications regarding solicitation requirements, with responses provided through BPRO's Messages section. All solicitation responses must be received electronically through BPRO by the published closing date and time, with the County declining to consider responses submitted through alternative means.
The contract structure is designed as an open-end engagement, indicating an ongoing relationship with potential for extended performance rather than a defined project completion date. Vendors experiencing technical difficulties with document submission are instructed to immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and contact support@gobonfire.com for assistance. The specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and funding details are not detailed within this Scope of Services document; however, vendors should reference the complete solicitation package in BPRO for comprehensive information regarding compensation structures, contract term parameters, and any applicable set-asides or incumbent considerations.

It is known for its 24 miles of beaches, 300 miles of navigable waterways, and as a gateway to the Florida Everglades. Visit Lauderdale aims to increase leisure travel from Continental Europe to Greater Fort Lauderdale (GFTL). To achieve this objective, Broward County is seeking for a qualified vendor to provide in-market project specialist services to promote the destination among tour operators, travel advisors, and targeted public relation professionals proposed for the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27), October 1st, 2026, through September 30th, 2027.
