About this file
This is a Pricing and Delivery Schedule template document for The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) related to RFP 745-26-P33 for an AI Governance and Monitoring Platform. The RFP seeks a comprehensive solution to establish centralized oversight, risk classification, policy enforcement, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management across all AI use cases within the institution. The platform must support healthcare and higher education regulatory environments including HIPAA, FERPA, FDA considerations, and emerging AI regulations. The contract will have an initial term of a specified duration (to be filled in by the proposer) with up to three additional renewal terms of one year each, as elected by the University. The template does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder conference information in this section.
Pricing for the engagement shall be based on hourly rates submitted by the proposer for all team members, with rates remaining firm for the initial term and all renewal periods. All rates must include labor, equipment, materials, fees, overhead, profit, insurance, licenses, and all other costs necessary to fulfill the scope of work. Reasonable expenses including travel, meals, and lodging will be reimbursed without markup up to a mutually agreed maximum cap, subject to the State of Texas Travel Reimbursement Rates. The University maintains standard payment terms of net 30 days in compliance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act, with payments made via electronic funds transfer (ACH) or single-use account card. Invoices must reference a valid purchase order and be submitted electronically to AP-einvoice@uthscsa.edu. UTHSA is exempt from Texas Sales & Use Tax and does not guarantee any minimum or maximum volume of services under this RFP.
