The document outlines specific bidder requirements, including maintaining a permanent business address and ability to integrate with existing systems. Bidders must submit a complete Bid Table (BT-29FM) with pricing for all line items, with a bid of zero interpreted as a no-charge item. The platform must support features such as waitlisting, keyword searches, printable calendar formats, and the ability to filter by library location, program type, and age range. Optional features include embedding calendar views into external websites and displaying events in multiple calendar formats.
