This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Project Manual issued by the Parkway School District for third-party air monitoring and oversight services related to asbestos and lead abatement at Mason Ridge Elementary School, located at 715 S. Mason Road, Town & Country, Missouri. The District seeks a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive air monitoring and oversight services during the MSR Building Renovations, Site Improvements and Abatement project. Responses must be submitted electronically via Bonfire at https://parkwayschools.bonfirehub.com/ no later than February 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST, with responses to be publicly read aloud at that time at Parkway Schools District Operations, 363 N. A mandatory pre-response conference is scheduled for January 16, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CST at Mason Ridge Elementary School's front entrance (Door 1 on the west side of the building); failure to attend will disqualify the submission. The selected consultant is anticipated to receive notice to proceed on March 12, 2026, with substantial completion required by August 7, 2026. An executed AIA Document C305 Consultant's Qualification Statement must be submitted prior to or with the response for acceptance.
Compensation will be based on unit pricing for labor categories including principals, project managers, environmental engineers, certified industrial hygienists, registered geologists, asbestos inspectors and air sampling professionals, lead project designers and risk assessors, and clerical and health and safety personnel, with separate billing for additional charges such as laboratory analysis (lead bulk, air, and water testing), equipment rental, and contractor-owned equipment. The RFQ package is available for purchase from Document Imaging Systems, Inc. at 314-531-0167 or through the Bonfire portal 24/7.
