About this file

This is a master contract template and invitation for bid issued by Snow College, a Utah state institution located in Ephraim and Richfield, Utah, for the procurement of a used touring motorcoach style bus with a 56-58 passenger capacity, model year 2020 or newer. The solicitation is structured as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) under the Utah Procurement Code, with Snow College serving as both the issuing and conducting procurement unit. The bid evaluation process will assess each submission for responsiveness and compliance with specifications outlined in the IFB. Snow College has specified that multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted; if a vendor submits more than one bid, only the bidder's primary bid will be considered, with all other submissions rejected. Snow College Purchasing reserves the right to solicit additional quotes through email, phone, or other methods permitted under the Utah Procurement Code and applicable Administrative Rules.

The contract compensation will be based on the pricing schedule provided in the winning bid response, contingent upon satisfactory completion of work and subject to any agreed-upon deductions and additions. No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded. Snow College will assign a project manager to coordinate the project and serve as the primary point of contact with the selected contractor. The contractor is responsible for all loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of its own equipment, tools, materials, and supplies, with Snow College assuming no liability for such matters. The contractor must comply with all reasonable directions from the Project Manager and complete the services in a timely and workmanlike manner, with time expressly deemed of the essence under the contract. The specific contract period dates, renewal options, and project manager contact information are to be completed upon award.
