About this file

This is a pricing document for Pinal County's On-Call Transportation Planning Services contract opportunity in Arizona. The document functions as an attachment to the request for proposals (RFP) and requires respondents to submit labor category pricing for transportation planning services that support the development, evaluation, and implementation of countywide transportation projects and policies. Respondents must list the labor categories their firm uses, specify the billing unit (hourly, daily, or per-task), and provide corresponding full rates that reflect all costs. The document provides a template with multiple rows for labor categories and includes a Notes column where respondents may clarify details such as experience levels or subcontractor roles. Respondents may add additional labor categories beyond those provided in the template as needed.

To be deemed responsive, all respondents must provide pricing information. Rates should represent the firm's standard pricing structure for on-call planning work and must align with the services described in the Scope of Work (Attachment A). The pricing structure allows Pinal County to evaluate consultant costs across various labor classifications, ensuring transparency and consistency in rate proposals for the duration of the on-call contract period.
