About this file
This is a Conformance Statements document for Pinal County, Arizona's On-Call Transportation Planning Services contract opportunity (Contract #263031RFP). The document serves as a formal acknowledgment form requiring respondents to confirm their acceptance or rejection of the county's Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions, and any proposed supplemental agreements. Respondents must indicate compliance with a "YES" or "NO" checkbox for each section. Those selecting "NO" must document specific exceptions by section and paragraph reference, provide proposed alternative language, and supply rationale for any proposed changes. Respondents taking exceptions are required to submit revised versions of Attachment A (Scope of Work) and Attachment C (Draft Contract) with tracked changes included in their proposal submission.
The document establishes that any exceptions not formally included in the Conformance Statements shall have no force or effect in any resulting contract unless specifically accepted in writing by the Procurement Officer. The county explicitly states that preprinted or standard terms from respondents will not be considered as part of any resulting contract. The document notes that taking exceptions may negatively impact proposal evaluation and that proposals taking exception to any solicitation requirement may be rejected outright. Respondents proposing supplemental agreements must submit a Word version that does not conflict with or duplicate existing terms in the Scope of Work or Draft Contract.
