About this file

This is a cost spreadsheet for a Road Salt procurement conducted by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing. The RFP seeks to establish a contract for bulk road salt delivery with a five-year contract term and a guaranteed pricing period of one year. The procurement methodology allows for multiple awards based on vendors meeting both a technical score threshold and a total score threshold. The specific quantities, delivery schedules, and site specifications are detailed within the spreadsheet's itemized cost structure.

The cost spreadsheet outlines pricing terms and cost components for the road salt supply contract. An administrative fee of 0.75% is assessed on all pricing. The spreadsheet contains detailed line-item costs and pricing calculations that vendors must complete as part of their proposal submissions. All pricing information within the document establishes the basis for cost evaluation and comparison among competing bidders for contract award determination.
