About this file

This is a proprietary information disclosure form from the City of Arlington, Texas, pertaining to a Request for Qualifications for Safe Routes to School Master Plan. The document establishes the procedures for vendors submitting responses to this solicitation to designate materials they believe contain proprietary information. Vendors must identify proprietary pages by marking them with the word "PROPRIETARY" in all capitals and highlighting in yellow on the bottom center of each page at the time of submittal. The City will make reasonable efforts to protect identified proprietary information from disclosure to the extent permitted by Texas law; however, the final determination regarding disclosure rests with the Texas Attorney General.

Pricing information cannot be marked as proprietary and will be made publicly available following review of all submissions. Vendors acknowledge by submitting their response that pricing is not proprietary and may be released. Failure to properly identify proprietary information will result in all unmarked sections being deemed non-proprietary and subject to public request under the Texas Public Information Act. All material submitted to the City becomes public property upon receipt unless appropriately designated as proprietary and marked according to the specified procedures.
