About this file
This document is a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications for the PSERN (likely Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network) 25004 Prime Generation Multiple Sites Project, part of a Small Works Invitation to Bid. The project involves work in high elevation, forested areas during fall and winter months, with specific responsiveness criteria for bidders. To be considered, bidders must have completed at least two projects in high elevation/forested areas, demonstrate understanding of industrial fire protection levels, and have successfully completed a prime generation site project in a secluded mountain area within the past 8 years. The project requires completion by mid-December 2025, with the schedule based on lead times from bidder suppliers.
The qualification document includes detailed screening criteria, requiring bidders to confirm they have no outstanding payments to state departments (Revenue, Labor and Industries, Employment Security) and are not on any debarment or federal exclusion lists. Bidders must provide documented evidence of previous similar project work, including contact references for verification. The document is structured to ensure potential contractors have relevant experience in challenging geographical and environmental conditions, with a focus on demonstrating technical capability, safety awareness, and project management skills specific to mountain and wildland work environments.
