About this file
This is an Evaluation Criteria document from Boulder County Procurement for the Decontamination Services for BCHA Properties contract opportunity. The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional decontamination, sanitation, and remediation services for residential and administrative properties. The services are intended to restore all units, common areas, and facilities to safe, sanitary, and habitable conditions following contamination, exposure, or hazardous incidents. A selection committee will review proposals and may request additional information from vendors or conduct interviews with one or more vendors.
Proposals will be evaluated and scored using a 100-point matrix based on four criteria: Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards (30 points), Qualifications and Experience (25 points), Methodology and Equipment (25 points), and Timeframes/Responsiveness to Request/Work Order (20 points). Final evaluation and selection may be based on any or all of these criteria. Interested vendors may direct questions to procurement@bouldercounty.gov.
