Vendors must complete the entire quote package, including the Technical Compliance Matrix in Attachment 1, and submit before the closing date and time. The Q&A document (Amendment 01) was posted on August 21, 2025, and provides specific guidance on motorcycle model requirements, particularly highlighting the need for the specific windscreen/windshield configuration on the R 1250 RT-P model.
