About this file
This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the U.S. General Services Administration for on-site auction and marshalling services. The single-award BPA establishes terms under which an awarded supplier will furnish these services when ordered by GSA Contracting Officers. The agreement includes a 12-month base period running from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, followed by four optional 12-month renewal periods extending through May 31, 2030. Only GSA Contracting Officers are authorized to place orders under this BPA. The dollar limit for any single purchase is capped at $1,500,000, with the possibility of lower limits for specific line items. Performance location and supplier company name are to be determined.
Pricing is established in an attached Schedule of Services and will be adjusted automatically at each option period exercise based on a fixed escalation rate agreed upon at award. Additional price adjustments for Vehicle Movement line items are allowable only when requested by the contractor and approved by the Contracting Officer, with determinations based on fuel prices from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Producer Price Index data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and transportation industry labor compensation costs. Invoicing must occur monthly at minimum, with invoices submitted first to the Contracting Officer's Representative for approval before submission through the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform. Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer. Either party may cancel the BPA with 30 days' written notice, though existing orders continue to completion. The agreement incorporates six attachments including clauses, a Statement of Work dated February 12, 2026, pricing schedule, DOL wage determination, IT security procedures, and a vendor response document.
