Standard for Evaluation: The standard for this factor is met when the offeror demonstrates that it has performed as the Prime Contractor on at least three (3) Relevant contracts/task orders with similar scope and similar size within the last five (5) years prior to the issuance of the solicitation.
Definitions of Relevant Contract/Task Order: a contract or task order for work similar in scope and size.
1. Similar Scope(s)- A contract or task order for work having all of the following:
a. Contract or task order scope of work included repair, alteration, or renovation of occupied, commercial/government office property type facilities.
b. Scope of submitted scope must be from any combination of the following disciplines: 1) carpentry, 2) electrical, 3) plumbing, 4) HVAC, 5) flooring, 6) asphalt or concrete, and 7) painting or wall covering work as a part of the project scope.
2. Similar Size- A contract or task order award above $2,000 $50,000 prior to any modifications.
