AK JOCC: Pre-Proposal Conference Notes 12/08/2022
Questions:
1. On Reps & Certs form, do we submit our beta SAM information?
Answer: GSA will pull contractor FAR. You are responsible for checking the additional boxes.
2. For PPQ, can we submit any project as long as they are within 5 years ago?
Answer: Please see page 15 of solicitation, projects within 5 years ago.
3. On PPQ form, there appears to be two different versions, which do we complete?
Answer: There is some inconsistency that is being cleaned.
4. On pricing, RFP does not ask bare cost but for total. Do we apply coefficient? Could we apply city cost applicable after total?
Answer: This is a technical question being routed to technical team.
5. When can we expect the first amendment?
Answer: TBD
6. Can we know competitors?
Answer: GSA will not provide this. You may look at the interested vendor list on SAM.gov.
Points to be addressed in amendment:
● No projects with Petersburg Office Building
● You may submit PPQ forms as long as they meet current requirements
● You may NOT submit CPARS for Past Performance
