About this file

This document is a request for qualifications for a design-build contract opportunity with the General Services Administration to modernize an existing vacant warehouse building in Denver, Colorado into office and related space for relocating federal employees from leased locations. The scope of work includes design, engineering, construction, commissioning and other related services to convert approximately 154,000 gross square feet of the building into modern office space and replace exterior ware yard buildings with a new parking lot. The total estimated design-build cost is between $35-50 million and the project is set aside for small businesses. The General Services Administration will select a maximum of three highly qualified offerors through a two-phase solicitation process to proceed to phase two for technical and price proposal submissions, with the most important factors being non-price technical evaluation and best overall value.
