Dear Respondent, The United States General Services Administration would like to thank you for taking the time to assist us in the selection of a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for our Project.

Please complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability. We ask that you keep your responses to this questionnaire confidential. The information you provide on this questionnaire will not be shared with the Offeror.

When completed, please send a scanned or electronic copy of the questionnaire to the following e-mail addresses: anna.vanko@gsa.gov

Please request a read receipt and include the following information in the subject line of the e-mail: Solicitation No. 47PF0020R0098
