1. Evaluation based on sample bid above.

2. Work time schedule anticipates that 80% of the work will be performed during regular working hours and 20% after hours.

3. Allocation of work anticipated 95% of work will be repair and alteration and 5% will be abatement.

4. The following formula is used to factor bid percent for all work. The results are then totaled to give an aggregate score to be used for evaluation.

Regular Work, Regular Hours & Regular Work, After Hours.

(80%) x (95%) x (10% + 11% + 12% + 13% + 14%) = 0.456 (20%) x (95%) x (12%+ 13% + 14% + 15% + 16%) = 0.133

Abatement Work, Regular Hours & Abatement Work, After Hours.

(80%) x (5%) x (15%+ 16% + 17% + 18% + 19%) = 0.034 (20%) x (5%) x (17% + 18% + 19% + 20% + 21%) = 0.0095

EVALUATED TOTAL BID COST = 0.6325 = 63.25%
