Personal Devices

As part of GSA's new A3 initiative (Anytime, Anywhere on Any Device), certain personally owned handheld and tablet devices can connect to GSA’s Google Apps for Government tools.

This process begins by clicking on the Rules of Behavior. You are required to download & read this document, agree to the terms listed for your personal device and it's use in GSA's environment, sign it and create an IT Service Request by emailing itservicedesk@gsa.gov with it as an attachment to continue the process.

The process requires you to wipe all data from your device before configuration. Please ensure you have downloaded all personal data off the device before you begin this process. Encryption will be enabled, and GSA remote security software will be installed.

Once this has been done, the device will be permissioned to the users GSA network account allowing for access to GSA email and other GSA specific phone applications.

As of October 17, 2017 the following devices have been approved. Users are cautioned to avoid the oldest of devices on this list since they will likely be the first ones to no longer comply with regularly security updates.
