About this file

This is a cost schedule document for the Nevada Department of Corrections' water treatment services solicitation (44DOC-S3955), prepared by the Nevada Purchasing Division. The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified and appropriately licensed Nevada State Contractors' Board contractors to provide comprehensive chemical water treatment services for boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and associated systems across multiple NDOC facilities. The cost schedule establishes the pricing framework for bidders to submit their proposed rates and costs for these chemical treatment services. The document serves as the financial component of the request for proposals, enabling the state to evaluate and compare contractor bids on a standardized basis.

The cost schedule establishes the basis for pricing evaluation and comparison among qualified bidders submitting proposals for the water treatment services contract. Bidders are required to complete the cost schedule with their proposed pricing for the chemical treatment services, labor, materials, and any other service components specified in the solicitation. This standardized format ensures transparency in pricing submissions and allows the Nevada Department of Corrections to make informed decisions regarding contractor selection based on both technical qualifications and cost-effectiveness. The document is a critical component of the overall procurement process and must be completed accurately and in accordance with all specifications outlined in the accompanying solicitation documents.
