About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form submitted by a vendor in connection with the Nevada Department of Corrections' Digital Television Services contract opportunity administered by the State of Nevada Purchasing Division. The form certifies that the vendor and its principals comply with federal lobbying restrictions and have not engaged in any lobbying activities that would require disclosure under applicable federal regulations. The certification confirms that the vendor understands the prohibitions against using federal funds for lobbying purposes and acknowledges the requirement to pass through these restrictions to any subcontractors involved in the performance of the contract.

The form serves as a mandatory compliance document required for federal funding compliance purposes, establishing that the vendor will not use contract funds for grassroots lobbying, indirect lobbying, or lobbying for the purpose of influencing federal actions. This certification is a standard prerequisite for contract award and must be executed by an authorized representative of the bidding organization, affirming that all information provided is true and accurate under penalty of law.
