About this file

This document is a detailed Packaging Requirements report for multiple items, primarily focusing on military packaging and marking standards for various components, likely related to the T56 engine and its modules. The packaging instructions consistently reference MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, specifying precise packaging, preservation, and shipping container marking requirements for different items identified by alphanumeric codes and National Stock Numbers (NSNs).

The packaging specifications are comprehensive, covering aspects such as unit pack weight, dimensions, cube, preservation methods, cushioning, and special handling instructions. Many entries include supplemental packaging instructions, such as requirements for items with residual fuel or specific container types. The document provides granular details for each item, including preservation levels (mostly MIL Level B), packaging methods, and specific marking requirements that exceed standard military packaging guidelines, with instructions to mark containers with additional details like unit serial numbers and original equipment manufacturer information.
