About this file

This is a specifications attachment document for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) in Utah for the provision and installation of artificial turf on designated playground surfaces within the district. The solicitation requires qualified vendors to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., commencing at Nibley Park Elementary School located at 2785 South 800 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, with travel to additional district locations. Contractors failing to attend the mandatory site visit on time will be prohibited from submitting bids. All bidder inquiries must be submitted in writing through the Bonfire/U3P platform or posed during the pre-bid site visit; questions and answers will be documented and posted on Bonfire/U3P. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire/U3P and must include the base bid, any alternate bids, and all required supporting documentation such as bid bonds and licensing credentials.

The SLCSD has established that only official documents contained within the Bonfire/U3P system or formally issued addenda constitute the authoritative position of the district; any discrepancies with documents obtained from external sources will be resolved in favor of Bonfire/U3P materials. Bidders are required to review all attached documents and complete all required information before submission, allowing sufficient time for online form completion and document uploads. Any modifications to the procurement effort will be made exclusively through addenda properly issued by the SLCSD. By submitting a bid, vendors acknowledge they have thoroughly examined and familiarized themselves with all bid document requirements and conditions governing the work.
