About this file
This is a No Israel Boycott Certification Form required by the State of Missouri for contracts with the Board of Education of the City of St. Louis (St. Louis Public Schools) for demolition and site restoration services at a former school site. The certification form implements Missouri's Anti-Discrimination against Israel Act (SCS/SB 739), effective July 13, 2020, which mandates that all Missouri governmental entities obtain written verification from contractors that they do not boycott Israel and will not engage in such boycotts during the contract term. The form requires the vendor's authorized company official to sign and date the certification, affirming compliance with the no-boycott requirement.
The certification requirement applies to contracts with a total potential value of $100,000 or greater and to contractors with ten or more employees. Any contract executed without this certification or failing to comply with the provisions of SCS/SB 739 shall be void against public policy. The form is fillable and serves as the required contractual documentation for the vendor to demonstrate compliance prior to contract execution for the St. Louis Public Schools demolition and site restoration project.
