About this file
This document is a quote from JPMA, Inc. for the Utah Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program's Online Shopping Home Delivery project. The project aims to enable Utah WIC participants to order their WIC benefits through the WICShopper mobile application platform, with no-cost home delivery fulfilled by Umoja Health. The development and implementation will occur over a 6-month period, involving system integration, migration of the existing online portal to a mobile environment, and customization of the WICShopper platform.
The total project cost is $92,000, split between JPMA ($56,000) and Umoja ($36,000), covering development, validation, enablement, and administrative costs. The ongoing maintenance model is based on a monthly order volume threshold of 2,000 orders at $65 per order. If the threshold is not met, a pro-rated monthly cost of up to $10,000 will be applied to sustain the inventory and platform. The quote indicates that transaction and order reporting data will be made available to the state as part of the ongoing maintenance agreement, though this element requires further clarification.
