About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 for ITB-UT-25-66 issued by the City of Palm Coast, Florida, for the provision and installation of a new odor control unit for Pump Station 13-1. The project involves supplying and installing a bio-trickling odor control system at the pump station, with responses due on August 7, 2025. General contractors may bid directly to the City provided they ensure supplier support for the unit and startup services. The project is not a replacement of existing equipment, requires no demolition work, and has adequate electrical power available (480v 30amp 3pole breaker). Equipment typically requires 4-5 months for fabrication and delivery after approval, with the awarded contractor needing to provide an estimated completion date before the end of FY25. No permits are required, and there are no liquidated damages for delays.

The City has established a budget of $198,000 for this project but has not prepared an engineer's estimate. There are no special funding requirements such as AIS or USA domestic-only provisions. Perry Fiberglass Products, Inc. can be considered as an equipment supplier if their unit meets the equivalent bio-trickling odor control specifications. Painting requirements for equipment and piping depend on the manufacturer's finish. For bids to be considered responsive, contractors must include a signed and dated copy of this addendum with their bid submittal.
