About this file

This is an Invitations to Bid (ITB) Questionnaire document for the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) in Florida regarding Bottled Water Services. The solicitation seeks formal sealed bids for bottled water services to support BSO operations. All bids must be submitted through the Bonfire platform by the deadline specified in the ITB documentation. Bidders are required to carefully review all ITB instructions and include all requested information, forms, and documents in their submissions. The Broward Sheriff's Office has established this formal bidding process to ensure competitive procurement of bottled water services, with responses accepted exclusively through the Bonfire electronic submission system.

Bidders experiencing technical difficulties with the Bonfire platform should contact Bonfire's support team at 1-800-354-8010 (Option 2) or via email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com. The ITB questionnaire document referenced is designed to gather specific information from potential vendors to evaluate their qualifications and capability to provide bottled water services to the Broward Sheriff's Office. Pricing terms, specific quantities, contract duration, and renewal options are outlined in the complete ITB documentation that bidders must obtain and review in full prior to submission.
