Work must commence within ten calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 60 business days in one continuous operation during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday), with a 5% compensation reduction penalty for failure to meet the deadline.

The total contract price is a firm, fixed lump sum of $65,000.00 for all deliverables, which includes all related costs such as final production, freight, and installation. Compensation is provided as a single progress payment within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed upon completion of all deliverables and Department approval. The vendor must submit three copies of invoices detailing completed deliverables and itemized costs with supporting receipts to the FDOT District 4 Office of Information Technology. Contract pricing is subject to MyFloridaMarketplace transaction fees at one percent assessed against all payments. The Department reserves the right to assess financial consequences for non-compliance or substandard performance documented in writing, as detailed in Exhibit A Scope of Service, Section IX. This contract does not involve the purchase of tangible personal property as defined in Chapter 273, Florida Statutes.
