About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to the SR On Call Maintenance contract opportunity for Southern Region Parks in Nevada. The form serves as a prerequisite certification document for vendors participating in this state and local contract solicitation. Vendors submitting bids must complete and submit this certification, which requires authorization by an authorized company representative through signature, dated according to the applicable solicitation number.

The certification obligates the undersigned vendor to confirm that no Federal appropriated funds will be used to influence Federal agency officers, Members of Congress, or their employees in connection with this contract award. If non-Federal funds are used for lobbying purposes, vendors must submit Standard Form-LLL disclosing such lobbying activities in accordance with Federal regulations under Section 1352 of U.S. Code. Vendors are further required to impose identical certification and disclosure requirements on all subcontractors and sub-recipients at all tiers. Failure to submit the required certification exposes vendors to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. This certification constitutes a material representation of fact and is a mandatory condition for contract award.
