About this file

This is a cost proposal attachment related to a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional architectural and engineering services at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Stadium Manager is establishing a multi-year, on-call service agreement with qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide services at the stadium located at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way. Work will be performed on an on-call basis under task orders issued by the Stadium Manager, with detailed scope requirements outlined in the primary SOQ documents.

The document establishes a Stadium Manager Travel Expense Reimbursement Policy governing how the selected vendor will bill and seek reimbursement for necessary travel expenses. The vendor must provide advance estimates for travel expenses and obtain Stadium Manager approval before booking. All air travel must be economy class at the lowest available airfare, with any changes requiring pre-approval or becoming the vendor's responsibility. Lodging must utilize Stadium Manager's discounted rates at select Santa Clara hotels when available. Ground transportation should employ the least expensive mode, with rental cars used only when other options are more costly or impractical. The vendor will be reimbursed for mileage using the standard IRS Mileage Rate for personal vehicle use and GSA per diem rates for meals and incidentals based on GSA Travel Rates. All expenses require supporting documentation, with the Stadium Manager reimbursing actual costs without vendor markup.
