Scope of Work Summary – AA27-100 Transportation, Commercial, and Area Lighting Fixtures
This is a Scope of Work document for a state procurement conducted by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing for the supply of Transportation, Commercial, and Area Lighting Fixtures to the State of Utah and eligible users. The RFP employs a two-stage evaluation process in which vendors must submit both technical and cost proposals. Vendors who achieve a minimum score on their technical proposal advance to the cost proposal stage, with final awards determined by combining points from both stages. Only vendors who meet both the technical threshold and the overall RFP score threshold will receive contracts. The resulting contracts will have a term of five (5) years, with percent discounts guaranteed throughout the contract life.
Pricing for this opportunity is structured as percent discounts off vendor list prices, with an administrative fee of 0.75% applied. All awarded vendors will provide consistent pricing for the full five-year contract period. The procurement is open to multiple awardees, and eligible users beyond the State of Utah may participate in purchasing under the resulting contracts.
