About this file
This is an Evaluation Criteria document for the Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) in Colorado, outlining the assessment framework for selecting a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and related services at BCHA properties. The solicitation seeks a vendor capable of delivering all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to maintain elevator systems in safe and proper operating condition in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable ANSI/ASME standards, and all governing codes and regulations. The evaluation criteria establish the standards by which BCHA will assess and compare statements of qualifications submitted by prospective vendors to determine which vendor best meets the authority's requirements for elevator services.
The specific evaluation criteria and weighting methodology for assessing vendor qualifications, technical capabilities, experience, pricing, and other proposal components are detailed within this document to ensure a transparent and equitable selection process. Vendors are required to address all evaluation criteria in their submissions to be considered for award of this elevator services contract.
