The purpose of the price list is to establish bidders’ pricing discounts. Published and widely distributed prices may change during the term of the resulting contract.

Other items will be the price currently shown as of the date of the order on supplier’s named and then current price list, less the discount bid by the supplier. Supplier hereby agrees to furnish its current, undiscounted prices to Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation within fourteen (14) days of the distribution during the term of this contract.
