Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond on the AIA Document A310-2010 form or equivalent from a surety authorized to do business in Utah. The project is tax-exempt and has energy incentives available. All contractors must submit a DFCM Subcontractors List Form by the bid deadline, certify they are not debarred or suspended from government contracts, and comply with Utah state licensure requirements.
