About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) No. 3AZ0267 issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) for United States Citizenship Immigration Services in Phoenix, Arizona. The amendment modifies two key sections: the transit accessibility requirements and updates the exhibit list of documents. Specifically, the amendment stipulates that a subway, light rail, standard bus system, or bus rapid transit stop must be located within 2,640 feet of the building's main entrance, and adds Exhibit B 8-ASR Room Schedule to the RLP exhibits.

The amendment includes a comprehensive document list with 15 different documents ranging from lease requirements to security standards, each assigned a specific exhibit letter. The document requires offerors to acknowledge receipt of the amendment by signing and submitting the acknowledgment form as part of their offer. The lease opportunity seeks approximately 34,431-36,152 square feet of office space in Phoenix, with specific requirements including parking spaces, loading dock access, and compliance with LEED and accessibility standards. Offers are due by May 16, 2025, with an estimated occupancy in December 2026, and must be submitted electronically through the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP).
