1.Can you confirm that the roof decking is concrete?
Answer: Yes.
2. Will there be secured parking/Landing zone for RTU replacement when helicopter is used?
Answer: Yes, parking lot space will be made available. However, the staging and helicopter use must be scheduled for weekend hours to provide a safe area and not disrupt building operations. In addition, a lift plan must be submitted in accordance with specification 01 35 26.
3. Is there a current low voltage/fire protection vendor for this facility that we are required to utilize?
Answer: For the building automation system, Building Automation Solutions is the current contractor providing maintenance with access to the system for integration. For fire alarm, the contractor must be certified to program on the existing Notifier Model NFS2-3030 main fire alarm control panel.
4.Regarding Division 3, there is concrete to be removed from the work area on the plans, but the spec section is not used to indicate a mix design or rebar/tie-in schedule. Can you provide this information?

8. What is the level/class of ICRA needed for this project?
Answer: Refer to 01 00 00 General Requirements ICRA Assessment Form for description of level of Infection Control required. Per the scope of this project, the required level varies depending on the construction phase. Phase 1A, 2, and 3 are considered a Level/Class III or IV while Phase 4 is a Level/Class II.
